About More Than Fish & Hammocks

The craft of netting seems to have gotten the reputation recently of being "old fashioned" or a "reenactor's craft". The goal of More Than Fish & Hammocks is not just to teach the basics of netting, but to also show new techniques and patterns that bring netting up to date and show it's versatility as a modern craft technique.

Elizabeth Adams is a fiber artist, designer, and instructor who has recently relocated to Seattle, WA from Austin, TX. She is largely a self-taught netter and also spins, weaves, and dyes.
